These modular range of air force dryers are available in four
belt width sizes. Therefore an air force drying system can be
specified for all drying requirements. These can be from small
print runs on hand printing tables, to medium length production
runs, printed on semi automatic screen printing machines to continuous
high speed production on fully automatic cylinder press.
Another important application for these air force dryers are for
drying multicolor stickers and also for scratchable silver inks.
The above
photo show an air force dryer of 8300 mm length and conveyor belt
of 1066 mm width.
Keeping in mind the likely move towards water-based inks and
so also the constant presence of ozone (a corrosive oxidant within
the UV modules), all Hansa dryers have been produced from stainless
steel, to eliminate corrosion on the insides and the bed of the
dryer.
The dryer range is truly modular, with each individual module
having its own price and capable of functioning on its own. The
size and make up of the dryer can be as per the customer's individual
requirements. Indeed, should a customer wish to re-arrange or
upgrade a dryer which is already installed, the same can be done
without any difficulty.
UV/IR Modular Systems
Using Reflectors with very small dimensions,
we can install UV/IR units in every kind of printing machines,
whether roll or sheet-fed offset. Such installation could be positioned
either just before the pile delivery or after each printing unit.
On request, the unit can be also be equipped with a shutter device
to prevent overheating risks and to reduce risk of a fire hazard.
This modular system allows a high versatility and flexibility
and is capable of meeting all the requirements of the user. Each
unit is independent and includes its own supply, controls, and
cooling system.
